Connect Etsy to ScreenMinter

ScreenMinter uses your own Etsy developer app. Secret values and OAuth tokens are handled locally by ScreenMinter and stored securely in Windows Credential Manager.

First-time connection

1. Open Etsy’s Your Apps page and create or edit the developer app you want to use with ScreenMinter.
2. Register this exact HTTPS callback URL. Keep the final slash:

3. Copy the app’s keystring and shared secret into ScreenMinter.
4. Click Connect Etsy in ScreenMinter and approve the requested Etsy permissions in your browser.
5. After Etsy sends you back to ScreenMinter’s callback page, use its Copy connection result button, return to ScreenMinter, paste it, and complete the connection.

Open Etsy Developer Apps

Already have a refresh token?

You can skip the browser authorization flow if the refresh token was issued for the same Etsy app keystring and already has the permissions ScreenMinter needs. In ScreenMinter choose Use existing refresh token, then enter the keystring, shared secret, and refresh token.
